Started in October of 2013, RFS Behavioral Healths goal was to be at the forefront of pioneering approaches in behavioral health. The three founders shared a common vision to build an agency that would deliver the highest quality of care and build trusting relationships with communities, families, and schools.
RFSs innovative approach to behavioral health has contributed to its tremendous growth. In 2013, the agency started with 11 employees. Today, it employs 91 highly-qualified mental health and social work professionals.
The agency began by providing school-based services, also known as the T.A.C.K.L.E. Program, to four local schools. Currently, the Tackle Program serves 11 schools districts throughout northwest Ohio and southern Michigan.
The RFS's administrative team proudly serves area school districts. They, along with the agency's competent staff members, strive to provide the best possible behavioral health services in the hopes of making our communities, neighborhoods, and schools a better place.
