Tree City Wellness, LLC

Hi! Im Krysteena and I am a licensed therapist. I graduated with an MA in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage & Family therapy in 2012 and have been practicing in a variety of settings for the past 8 years. I work with individuals, couples, and families with the intention of reducing distress and conflict by improving relationships and building self-confidence. I believe people are naturally positive and goal-oriented, though past experiences may create barriers that inhibit healthy growth. By providing support, validation, and thoughtful questioning, I aim to assist individuals in finding their own version of stability and happiness.

Though Ive worked with individuals from all walks of life, I particularly enjoy working with adults and/or couples interested in relationship-building, enhancing communication, or desiring assistance with life transitions. I also have specific experience working with youth with behavioral concerns and families affected by substance abuse, incarceration, infidelity, grief/loss, trauma, and parenting.

I am a passionate advocate for improved behavioral health care and I work toward promoting education and awareness of mental health issues to the community. In my free time, I recharge by spending time outdoors and enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, and yoga.
