Invigorating Discovery
The Born to Read program provides new parents at area hospitals with a bag filled with early literacy information, a board book, a St. Louis Cardinals beanie, and other items. Parents also receive an invitation to celebrate their childs first birthday at the library where they will receive another free book. Since the program began in 2015, the Foundation has provided over 12,000 bags a year to new parents.
