Public Works maintains all Township water, sewer and storm water utilities. The Township currently operates six wells, one water treatment facility, and three water towers, and has approximately 63.5 miles of water mains. The Township wells pump approximately 400 million gallons of water each year. The Townships sewer system consist of approximately 61.5 miles of sewer lines and ten pumping stations (lift stations). Sewer treatment is provided by the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services. The Township has approximately 14 miles of stormwater mains and culverts.
