The mission of the Human Resources (HR) Division is to attract, employ, and retain highly qualified professionals to support the academic achievement of all students in the district. HR provides leadership and guidance in the implementation and administration of policies and processes in a continuing effort to foster a positive, ethical, and productive work environment. HR strives to reflect the district’s core values in its day-to-day operations.
The HR division is a PROUD member of the TPS family and is committed to working strategically with the Toledo Public School Community to support the district mission of producing college and career ready graduates.
