Applying for your Loan

Once the Purchase Agreement has been signed, arranging the details for financing is next. To assist you, we suggest a lender that we have had a good experience with in the past. We do require that you at least pre-qualify for the financing with this particular lender, but we do not prohibit you from using any other lender of your choice.
