Special Services Development

Ludwig and Company have partnered with our clients to develop and manage Special Service Developments. These unique communities are created around the special needs of a certain sector of residents.

Currently, we manage 2 communities specifically developed for low-income artists. These communities include lofts that will facilitate the creation of art and art galleries where our residents show their work. Ludwig and Company host art walks, concerts, and other social functions that give our artist residents an opportunity to share their work with the community.
