Garibaldi Grade School

Welcome to Garibaldi Grade School (GGS), affectionately known as the "Home of the Wolves," nestled on the hillside in Garibaldi with stunning views overlooking the marina and Tillamook Bay, just off Highway 101 in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. Serving approximately 130 students from PreK to 5th grade, with an average class size of 20, GGS is dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching educational environment. As a Title I school, we offer additional instructional support in the classroom, supplemented by a full-time Counselor and part-time Literacy Coach. Our curriculum includes 30 minutes of daily PE, weekly Music classes, and monthly Art Literacy sessions provided by specialists. Furthermore, we boast a 1-to-1 ratio of Chromebooks to students in every classroom, alongside document cameras and touchscreen TVs, all aimed at enriching and enhancing the learning experience for our students throughout the day.
