  • Yoga: A 60-minute restorative yoga session to release, rest and re-centre and we'll end with yoga nidra
  • Mindfulness Walk: a 45-minute mindfulness walk
  • Community: Time to share stories, connect over herbal tea and snacks, and leave feeling a little less alone in it all
