Ready for some fishing fun? We have individual head boat fishing or private charters for larger groups. Call to reserve your spot
Head boat is for those who don't have a group to go with but have a couple of friends who want to tag along. You pay by the person to go on the boat. Just bring your poles/tackle, Ohio license, stringer for your fish and prepare for a great time on the lake.
Private charters are available for your group. We can take groups up to as many as 49. If you would like, we can set up your trip with food and beverages, bait and tackle. Just come in, pay for the boat, go fish, and have a G R E A T time. Get your fish cleaned and head back to the ranch. WE have fishing cleaning on our premises.
We have 5 boats ranging from 38ft to 60ft, either a private charter for your group or a head boat if by yourself or with a friend on Lake Erie.

Skipper Bud's
Started in 1959 by Harold "Bud" Pretasky; over 60 years later SkipperBud's Boating SuperCenter is still a family business. Now owned by "Bud's" brother, Mike Pretasky Sr., SkipperBud's is headquartered in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, and has become one of the marine industry's largest sales, brokerage, service, and marina groups.
In the 1980s, SkipperBud's constructed its first waterfront marina, drystack facility, and restaurant on the KK River in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. New locations in Madison Pewaukee Oshkosh, and Winthrop Harbor, Illinois soon followed.
SkipperBud's signed a long term lease with the State of Illinois and invested into the North Point Marina property in the late 80s.
The Madison and Oshkosh locations each featured boat sales offices and a marine as well as service for boaters. The Pewaukee dealership has been an I-94 landmark since opening in 1987. Today, the Pewaukee dealership has 2 service buildings, outdoor storage, drystack and a 25,000 square foot sales showroom for new and used boats.
