Camp Floyd State Park

Camp Floyd State ParkWelcome to Camp Floyd State Park Museum, a site steeped in significant historical events that shaped the United States' past. This unique location served as a convergence point for the United States Army, Mormon Pioneers, Stagecoach Travelers, and the Pony Express at the heart of Camp Floyd and the town of Fairfield. Back in 1858, the United States Army established Camp Floyd with the intention of quelling a supposed Mormon rebellion. For a span of three years, the Army maintained a presence here until its recall for the Civil War. Today, Camp Floyd State Park stands as a testament to this pivotal moment in history, boasting three well-preserved structures and a cemetery. As you explore the museum and Stagecoach Inn, you'll immerse yourself in the rich narrative of this nationally important historic site, discovering the tales of brave individuals and the interwoven threads that bound them together.

Lake Mountain Bicycle Club

The Lake Mountain Bicycle Club (LMBC) was founded in 2020 in Eagle Mountain, UT. We wanted to create an organized structure and supportive environment for people to learn, progress, and enjoy riding bikes together—specifically mountain bikes. This includes helping the smallest of kids start biking, to supporting more advanced youth athletes who are wanting to compete at higher levels. It also includes developing adult riders who want to support our youth programs through riding, volunteering, or coaching. Our goal is to build a club that is considered one of the premiere community bike clubs in the country, and a model for others.
