My passion for real estate led me to become an appraiser, and for the past 16 years I have been a certified residential appraiser in the Uintah Basin area (and I've enjoyed each minute of it)! However, I needed a change and made a very natural transition into a real estate agent.

I have served on the Uintah Basin Branch Board of Realtors as the Director over the Public Relations, Programs and Socials & Education committee's. I have served as the President Elect in 2018 and as the President in 2019. I have served on many committees in the community from Miss Eastern Utah to current member of the Ashley Regional Medical Center Board of Trustee's.
When I'm not showing houses (or looking at them online) my life is spent with my family. We love the outdoors and everything that the Uintah Basin has to offer.

Question: Why should I buy, instead of rent?Answer: You'll love the feeling of having something that's all yours - a home where your own personal style will tell the world who you are. How would I go about buying a home?Answer: Although you won't have the benefit of two incomes on which to qualify for a loan, there's no reason that you can't become a homeowner. Become familiar with the process, pick a good real estate broker, and think about getting pre-qualified for a loan.
