Our franchise owners, Reed Kovalan and his wife Kate, started their first Home Instead franchise office in 2004. They were drawn to the field based on their respect for our senior population and their desire to help. Prior to Home Instead, Reed was in corporate finance, and Kate worked as a CPA. In August 2020, during the peak of COVID, Reed and Kate purchased a franchise office in Colorado Springs and quickly assembled a team of professionals who have served our community these several years. In July 2023, Reed and Kate expanded these services to include Northern Colorado Springs and Teller County with an office in Monument.
