Established in 1947, the Boone County Shopper is an all advertising publication that is delivered to homes and businesses on Thursdays by mail. The Shoppers primary target market is Boone County including the city of Belvidere and four villages: Poplar Grove, Caledonia, Capron, and Garden Prairie.
