Core Precision Megaformer Pilates, Inc.

Core Precision offers 50-minute Megaformer classes that center around the Lagree method of fitness.

Each class is specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely. The method used is largely based on the principles of traditional Pilates but also emphasizes functional strength training and cardio elements that are not inherent to Pilates.

This high-intensity, low-impact classes provide maximum results and will challenge you both mentally and physically. The routines are always changing and creative to keep you on your toes. The music is upbeat and loud to keep you in the zone.

Whether you are new to the method, or an experienced Lagree athlete, our certified instructors will guide and push you to your limits. Our instructors will also offer modifications and support for those who are just learning the method or are working with injuries. They will also offer fun variations and challenges for those looking to take it to the next level.
