The Dillons Restaurant concept began in 1998, when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon to partner together to bring reality to Valverdes vision.

That vision has now produced 4 locations.The first Dillons Restaurant opened in 1999 and is located on Thunderbird Rd., Peoria. We decided to close the doors in 2019 to acquire our newest location, Dillon's at Western Trails Ranch in Morristown, AZ. This new location gives you all the cowboy feels, on 12 acres of property; with team roping events(during season, November-April), monthly rodeos(Novemeber-June), constant live entertainment and a ton of BIG events!

Dillons Arrowhead, located at 59th Ave. and the 101, opened in 2005 serving this gorgeous community of Glendale residents. The Bar and Restaurant hosts an ever-growing crowd, of enthusiastic golfers and sports fans, entertained by a live bands on Friday and Saturday nights.The Patriot Room is our Salute and Thank You to: All Our Military, Past and Present, who Serve this Country to Preserve our Freedom, and Keep Us Safe.

Our Dillon's Bayou at Pleasant Harbor opened in 2016, moving from Scorpion Bay, which opened in 2009. This location is BIGGER and BETTER, because size really does matter! From dinner cruises, jet ski/boat rentals, paddle board & kayak rentals to the world's largest slide- there is something for everyone to enjoy!
