About Cornerstone Services, Inc.

Cornerstone Services, Inc. was initially founded in July 1998 to serve the needs of small-to-medium sized non-profit organizations and businesses. It was started shortly after the founder, Sean Griffin, then Executive Director of a Canadian-American membership association, had hired two different New York State mailhouses to undertake Non-Profit mailings on behalf of the Association. There was a bad experience with both outfits screwed up leading association members to believe that there had to be a better way.

In conversation with other peer level organizations, it was clear that other non-profit organizations had a need for greater reliability in outsourcing their fulfillment. They only felt comfortable when jobs were simple and held no data complexities. Cornestone was therefore created to execute all work on time, under budget and uneventfully under the principles of Conscious Effort, Resolve, Service and Truthfulness (C, R, S and T). To achieve this, there had to be documented procedures, high level of training and an on-going, diligent effort to get the right people on the bus

Cornerstone is unqiue in its delivery of complete mailing services. Often this involves "working with the goal in mind" and creating a project from inception through its final presentment at the US Postal Service. This includes: reviews of goals and the plan-of-action, graphic design, materials ordering/coordination, data selection, sourcing and data management, and finally, mail fulfillment.
