Welcome To

Elizabeth Gregory-eXp Realty

I am Elizabeth Gregory, and I have resided in Northeast Missouri with my husband, Del, and our two children since 1996. Our move here was driven by my husband's La Plata origins and our desire to establish a dental office while raising a family. Over the past 27 years, we have been deeply involved in various activities, including coaching sports teams, renovating houses, tending to livestock, and cultivating crops. It brings us immense joy to spend quality time together, and we are grateful that both our children have chosen to make North Missouri their home as well. Our son and son-in-law are engaged in farming, while our daughter works as a CPA at Marktwain Rural Internet and raises her family on a farm in Edina. Additionally, our daughter-in-law is a 5th-grade teacher at Brashear School, actively coaching track and basketball, and supporting our son on the farm. We lead a vibrant and bustling family life!

Aside from my time with family and clients, community service holds a special place in my heart. Throughout the years, I have been actively involved in various boards and organizations, such as The United Way, Kirksville Rotary Club, Kirksville Regional Economic Development Inc., and the Missouri Rural Enterprise and Innovation Center. Engaging in service club events and cherishing friendships brings fulfillment to my life.

Regarding my educational background, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and a Master of Business Administration from Culver Stockton College. Recently, I had the opportunity to teach Business classes at the Kirksville Campus of Moberly Area Community College, in addition to working as an Admission Coordinator at Truman State University. In March of 2021, I obtained my Real Estate License. While not a seasoned agent, I have achieved several milestones, including being named the Rookie of the Year for the Northeast Missouri Board of Realtors and earning the Century 21 Ruby Award. In 2022, I secured the third position in the state for Century 21 and received the Centurion Award. This journey has been exciting, and I have gained invaluable experiences and connections.

As for hobbies, I must admit my true passion lies in people and fostering meaningful relationships with those around me. Assisting my clients in their real estate endeavors is what drives me. I understand the mix of excitement and stress that comes with real estate transactions, which is why I am committed to providing top-notch customer service from contract to closing day. If you are considering buying or listing a property, I would be honored to have the chance to chat with you. Please feel free to reach me by phone or text at 660.621.2136 or via email at Elizabeth@missourihomeandfarm.com. I am eager to be your agent and assist you in any way I can!
