About Top Dollar Auction Service
Matt Forcum began a career in the real estate industry in 2007. Passionate about helping clients with their real estate needs, Matt became and auctioneer in 2016 and began performing real estate auctions.
Seeing clients with a need to also manage the sale of personal and business property along with real estate, Top Dollar Auction Service was created to offer fast and efficient asset management and liquidation for all types of property, and assist customers by building a custom sales solution to fit their needs.
Matt has been involved with Forcum Excavating, Inc., a family owned excavating company specializing in agricultural projects since 2007, and has been a volunteer firefighter/EMT since 2002. Matt is licensed in Illinois and Missouri as an Auctioneer and in Illinois as a Real Estate Broker.
Erik Meier grew up on a grain and cattle farm in central Illinois. After becoming an Auctioneer in 2010, Erik has been involved in a variety of auctions from live household personal property auctions, to farm liquidation sales, to online livestock auctions.
Erik brings decades of farm and business management experience to Top Dollar Auction Service, with a focus on helping customers find great value in quickly liquidating their property and converting it to cash.
Erik is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Agricultural Business & Economics and the Missouri Auction School and enjoys helping operate the family farm. Erik is licensed in Illinois as an Auctioneer.
