Community Business Partnership

CBP is a complete resource center providing training and support to those seeking to build a successful small business in Fairfax County and beyond. Created in 1995, the Partnership is a non-profit, 501(c)(3)tax-exempt organization. It was formed in response to an identified need for small business technical assistance and financing services, particularly to low-moderate income and disadvantaged individuals, including minorities, women and the disabled. While providing high-quality training and counseling to all small businesses, the Partnership seeks to provide a financing alternative to benefit those unable to attract a commercial loan or other traditional sources of funds.

Our Center Created in 1995, Community Business Partnership, CBP is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization working in collaboration with a number of local, regional and national organizations to promote small business growth in our communities.

Our Mission We help small businesses start and grow. Our mission is to be the premier provider of full-spectrum educational and support services to small businesses in Fairfax County and beyond; enabling them to make a significant contribution to a vibrant local economy.

Our Core Business Community Business Partnership, also known as CBP, serves as your one-stop shop for starting and growing your small business. CBP is a business incubator with 3 SBA resource partners in-house: the Women's Business Center, the Small Business Development Center, and the Veterans Business Outreach Center.
