Located at 411 SE 35th Street in picturesque South Beach, Oregon, our facility offers a warm and inviting environment for 41 residents. Our thoughtfully designed community features wide hallways for an open, airy feel and a continuous loop that encourages exercise and movement. Spacious apartments allow residents to personalize their living space, creating a comfortable and familiar environment.
At South Beach Manor, we prioritize creating a vibrant and engaging community. Residents can enjoy large common areas, including an Activity Room for group activities and a TV room for leisurely entertainment. Additional spaces host daily events such as exercise sessions, performances, and resident socials. Our Life Skills Stations are tailored to support self-directed dementia activities, promoting a sense of purpose, freedom, and independence. The community's design includes a beautiful interior courtyard with raised flower beds, walking paths, and covered sitting areas in the gazebo, providing a serene outdoor retreat for residents.
