About QualTel Communications, Inc.

QualTel was founded by Benny Martinez in 2004. A veteran originally from New Mexico, Benny settled in the San Antonio area to be the best Texas-based provider and installer of communications systems, voice, and data in San Antonio, Texas. He has also been a member of the Leon Valley, Texas, City Council Place 4.
We provide professional subcontracting services to nationwide companies that need of a business partner to service their customers in Texas. Systems supported include NEC DSX, SV8100, SV9100, SL1100, SL2100, Siemens, Nortel MICS/CICS, Opt 11 81, and Avaya Partner & IP Office. While we can service other brands too, please call for verification first. Customers served on a subcontract basis include the largest retail and business firms in the United States.
QualTels product line and technical expertise are very diverse, which allows us to focus on meeting our customers needs, as opposed to selling canned solutions.
QualTel offers cost-effective, personalized service. At the same time, the service which we provide to our national customers attests to our technical capabilities and expertise. Our customer-driven focus and solid finances have allowed our business to grow at a measured pace; many of our larger competitors have experienced major restructuring or closed their doors.
Benny has provided expert service for over 30 years and his technicians cover all of Texas. He has worked with the healthcare industry and large corporations all over Texas, including Austin, the Houston metro area, San Antonio, Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland/Odessa, Harlingen/McAllen, Rio Grande Valley, and El Paso.
