Established in 1977.

Community Water Company of Green Valley took over operations of the service area on June 10, 1977. 1985, CWC committed to participation in the Central Arizona Project. 1990, CWC completed negotiations to acquire New Pueblo Water Company. 1998, CWC participated in an engineering report for bringing up the CAP water system. 2005, CWC implemented arsenic treatment of water supply. 2007, CWC announced an agreement for funding of a pipeline to bring CAP to the service area. 2010, Environmental Assessment of proposed pipeline project under review.

Our mission is to reliably deliver drinking water that meets all regulated standards and to maintain a sustainable water supply, for our customers. We serve a mostly active living community in Southern Arizona. We are located in Pima County, just south of Tucson, Arizona.
