If your family member used a Revocable Trust for their Estate Planning, there is no need for Probate as long as all assets were funded to the Trust. The process involves paperwork, which we can help you facilitate. If you need help with this process, please contact our office. There is no charge to have a consultation. If we are hired, you will be given a firm price for any work that needs to be completed. Premier Documents, LLC is not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We are a legal document preparer company. No information should be construed as legal advice or the practice of law. If you have questions or concerns that require professional legal advice you should consult an attorney. We do not have a set price for our plans. We base the price of your documents on the amount of work that needs to be done. While there are always time-tested areas of planning, each family has unique situations. Once we understand what we need to accomplish for your plan, we can give you a firm price. We ask for half down at the data collection and the other half once all documents are signed and delivered. We don't want cost to stop families from planning. If you need a special payment arrangement, we can talk about that at a consultation. Remember, the price of most people's current plan is far more expensive than anything I could offer. If you are thinking, "I don't have a plan"....that's your plan.
