Bitzer & Firnhaber began in Shelbyville in 1973. Since then we've become Bitzer & Associates Realtors, Shelby Realty Bitzer and Associates, and finally Shelby Realty Services. Our firm has brokered over a quarter billion dollars worth of Central Illinois real estate since 1973. We've grown considerably in recent years, expanding to new offices in Effingham and Sullivan. We have also developed partnerships with Backroad Auction to assist sellers with auction sales of real property, farm retirements, business liquidation, and household personal property.
