Toscana Pizzeria Tapas Enoteca is owned by Chef Michele Mancuso and partners. Chef Mancuso is a long-time resident of the Santa Ynez Valley, originally from Italy. He studied Culinary Arts in Firenze, in the center of Toscanathe inspiration behind the name.
