About Ace of Spades Garden Art
Ace of Spades Garden Art is the name of my real-world business. ACE stands for Alice Calhoun Enterprises and Spades is the Garden Art Division.  I sell my artwork from my studio in Hermann, Missouri and at Art and Garden Shows in the the United States and Europe and on two websites CopperCurls.com and CopperCurlsOnlineArtShow.com . There are occasionally special seasonal sales on the latter site. I also have written two children's books and these are for sale on the second site as well as FaerieHabitat.com . I am inspired by the whirling movement of dance, the glow and colorability of copper, the beauty of color-filled gardens, and the magic and mystery of ancient myths, legends and landscapes.Â
The faeries and dancers are finished to be displayed either outdoors or indoors. More specifically, the large sculptures have picture hangers on the back and come with detachable garden stakes. Bases are available for all large and medium sculptures for indoor display. Tiny Faeries have 26-inch flexible copper wires and can be displayed in hanging baskets, in pots, on walls, on tables, or in the ground outside.
