Welcome To

Four Footed Friends

Four Footed Friends (FFF) was founded in 1982 and is a non-profit organization that helps homeless animals from Indiana County and the surrounding areas. We believe every animal has the right to live without abuse and die without inflicted pain. Ultimately, our goal is to selectively place our animals with families and individuals who will be able to provide loving, forever homes. We do not believe animals should be euthanized simply because they do not have a home. Therefore, animals remain in our shelter until we find the right home for them.

Our shelter relies on the generosity of donors and helps provided by our dedicated volunteers. It is because of this assistance that we can provide veterinary care and rehabilitation services to our animals in addition to training and socialization. We are also dedicated to making a positive impact in our community through a variety of services.

Four Footed Friends staff and volunteers have been working hard to maintain high-quality care for our animals during this difficult time, and we are pleased to report all staff and regular volunteers have tested negative, quarantined as needed, and sought medical care as individually needed. Using extreme caution, FFF will be contacting approved adopters to schedule appointments to meet and adopt their new furry family members. Adopters will be temperature tested and screened, must wear mask and use sanitizer. Staff will continue to adhere to safety guidelines to keep our community safe.
