About Barefoot Freedom Yoga
Barefoot Freedom Yoga classes are taught by Jolene Wright. As a combat veteran, adventurer, lifetime student Jolene learned to use yoga as a tool in her life to slow down, settle into the mind, body, soul, and connect all of this with the breath. Jolene’s classes guide students to find flexibility, strength, balance, and breath. Everyone has days that can throw them off balance and if we practice yoga it can help ground us, motivate us, or even remind us to laugh a little.
