About Under Wraps
Under Wraps is the first and only sushi restaurant established in Pleasant Grove, UT. A Japanese-inspired restaurant that serves Handrolls, Sashimi, and Izakaya. The restaurant was created by Chef Skyler McCallson and his wife Hannah who had met at a sushi bar in Denver, Colorado.
Under Wraps was inspired by traditional Japanese cooking in Skyler's studies and experience traveling the world. Chef Skyler's mission is to provide high-quality ingredients with an enjoyable, and relaxing experience.
