About Cabin Coffee
Indianola Cabin Coffee has been nearly two years in the making. While assisting with franchise expansion in the fall of 2019 Randy Hanna, owner, discovered the Indianola location. Randy and Becky Hanna personally purchased the lot with the intention of beginning construction the following summer.
Covid had different ideas. Initial blueprints were scrapped in spring of 2020 and resumed that summer with a revised layout based on the new ideas learned from the pandemic such as a more pronounced drive-thru, no meeting room, and covered and unique outside seating. Although costs went up dramatically construction forged ahead, only to be delayed until the spring of 2021.
