About Carter Engineering LLC
Lana L. Carter, P.E. owner of Carter Engineering, LLC has worked in northeastern Nevada for the past 25 years as a professional civil engineer. She has been an engineer of record for several residential, commercial, and public works projects including the City of Elko projects. Prior to starting Carter Engineering, LLC she worked for two other local consulting engineering firms and the City of Elko.
Lana L. Carter, P.E. has extensive experience in design, plan generation, planning, budgeting, and construction inspection. In addition, she understands the permitting process for local and state agencies which is an asset in getting the quickest possible permitting for construction.
Ms. Carter prides herself in delivering high-quality plans, on time and within budget. The majority of her clients are repeat clients that whom she has established long-lasting relationships. Client satisfaction is always her priority.
