About Garibaldi's Mexican Restaurant
Mexican Tradition on Every Dish
Jose "Chuy" Perez opened the first Garibaldis Mexican Restaurant in Twin Falls in 1994. Chuy always wanted to open his own business and after a short stint in Seattle Washington, he moved to the Twin Falls area in 1989. He worked locally in another local restaurant before taking the step forward to open his own restaurant.
Chuy and his wife Rocio are now the owners of three locations in the Magic Valley. All three restaurants offer most of the traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes locals have enjoyed for the last 20 years. The location in Jerome offers the same menu while the Mall location offers a menu with selected items.
