About Stratford Suites
In 1987, two partners embarked on a journey into the lodging industry by building fully furnished apartment-style lodging designed with the Corporate Traveler in mind. It was patterned after the Disneyland concept: one charge covers everything including phone, cable, and heat/AC, and includes amenities such as free laundry, free use of BBQ areas, and even weekly cleaning by professional cleaners. Little did they know that they were pioneering the extended-stay concept long before it became a national phenomenon.
By listening and responding to their guests, the two partners identified a unique need for fully serviced apartments. Nineteen years later, they are proud to unveil Stratford Suites, a boutique extended-stay lodging campus with over the top amenities. However, great amenities are not enough to warrant a guests loyalty and continued patronage. Over the top service is also needed.
