Viviana Vargas is the founder of Creating Ripples Leadership Training and Development based in northern Los Angeles County. Her training and development company specializes in delivering customized programs for organizations who desire a culture of professional development for their future and current leaders. Viviana is an exceptional trainer who takes personal interest in her clients who are individuals, small to large groups, non-profits and business organizations. Clients hire her for public speaking programs, training courses, and coaching results. Creating Ripples Leadership Training and Development is known for English/Spanish bilingual programs that advance their learning objectives, guide toward their group goals, and improves the competencies of participants. Viviana Vargas’ background includes her years of experience as a multinational customer service leader and director of human resources at distinguished staffing agencies in Costa Rica and serving a wide range of English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries, such as: Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States. Among the major companies that Viviana provided her client services for are Hewlett Packard, Intel, Proctor and Gamble, VM Ware, and Western Union, to name just a few. Viviana attended the University of Science and Technology and University of Cenfotec in Costa Rica. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Teaching and Translation and a technical degree in Business Administration and Management. Both degrees are the excellent educational foundation for her career success in Costa Rica and provided the bilingual training proficiency for founding Creating Ripples Leadership Training and Development. Viviana Vargas completed the John Maxwell Coaching Program and, along with her own business experience and communication know-how, she integrates world-renowned John Maxwell’s leadership principles into her Creating Ripples Leadership customized programs for clients. She is an active Certified Team Member of John Maxwell. Additionally, she has training certifications in Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and graduated from Sandler Sales Training. Viviana Vargas believes in Life-Long Learning for herself and for her clients!
