Recovery Friendly Workplaces of New Mexico's mission is to provide an employment path for people addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. Recovery Friendly Workplaces will strategically recruit businesses to hire individuals who have completed recovery programs and are willing to provide paid time during the workweek for the employee to attend recovery support programs at the workplace. Recovery Friendly Workplaces of New Mexico will collaborate with existing recovery support resources to provide programs at the workplace to support the employees in continued recovery while keeping their jobs.
