About John Sherman Realtor
John became a licensed Realtor in Colorado in 2005 and sold 10 homes his first year. He has sold as many as 41 homes in a year. John loves to work with first-time home buyers, investors and people selling their homes and moving to the next home. Accounting was his former profession, using his 4-year degree, and he loves to run the numbers. He has experience from HUD homes and foreclosed properties to High-end homes and everything in between.
John has also sold homes for banks and helped investors buy and sell rental properties, as well as fix and flips. When John relocated to Utah in 2015 to help his aging mother, he became a Realtor here in Utah as well. He is enjoying Utah and all of its beauty, and wonderful people. Making friends is very much on his mind. He would love to help as many people with their Real Estate needs as possible, because that is what he enjoys.
