Our Afterburn workouts use a blend of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to create superior results in half the time. Our certified personal trainers run every workout to assure that you're maximizing your efforts and using the correct form. They focus on creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere that makes the workouts fun and exciting for both complete beginners and experienced fitness buffs. Our trainers will work with you on setting achievable goals and help you create a plan to stay accountable.
You'll supplement our highly-effective workouts with dietary advice from our staff nutritionist. They'll meet with you to select a practical meal plan that works with your goals and lifestyle. We don't support calorie counting or other highly restrictive methods. Our goal is to help you create a healthy lifestyle that you'll actually stick to, rather than some fad that will leave you burned out after a few weeks.
