About CARTER FAMILY LAW GROUP - Legal & Mediation Services

Individuals facing family law matters often feel as if an explosion has occurredthey are scared, disoriented, and injured. In many cases, their lives have been irreversibly changed and they don't know where to turn for guidance and support.

That's where Carter Family Law Group comes in. We help you discover options, not dwell on obstacles; we help you find confidence where there was once confusion.

Navigating a family law matter with purpose and resilience calls to mind the ginkgo tree. Able to live for more than 2,000 years, ginkgo trees were the sole survivors of the atomic bomb blast in Hiroshima, Japan in 1945.

Like the tall, majestic, and deep-rooted ginkgo tree, people facing unexpected situations can surviveand even thrive. That's why, when Carter Family Law Group was founded in October 2009, the ginkgo leaf became an integral part of our logo and, symbolically, our philosophy.

Armed with knowledge, coping mechanisms, and an excellent support system, Carter Family Law Group clients are able to trust the process, grow as individuals, and find positive possibilities in challenging circumstances.

The relationships in our lives are continually evolving.

The definition of family is ever-changing.

Our roles within these shifting relationships require fluidity.

That's why Carter Family Law Group applies in-depth legal knowledge, emotional intelligence, and the ability to really listen to clients to the practice of family law. That's how we help clients to consider positive possibilities in challenging circumstances.
