Michiana Laminated Products, Inc. originated in 1978 in a small garage with not much more than a table saw and some hand tools. The company was started as a wood fabricator for check-out lane parts, by its founder, Thomas Gerow.
Michiana Laminated Products continues today as a family-owned and operated business; and in its present state is capable of designing and manufacturing numerous finished semi-custom and custom products for commercial offices, retail environments, and personal residences. Residing in a 20,000 SF facility in Howe, IN, with state-of-the-art modern equipment, and cutting-edge software, the company is in a prime location to serve the greater Midwest and North America.
After thirty-five years and three generations of experience, this same “garage” wood shop has evolved into a full-service manufacturer providing design, value engineering, prototyping, complete rollouts, warehousing, and logistics for numerous clients. Our products include, but are not limited to, wood and plastic components, truck interiors, systems furniture, library interiors, store fixtures, graphical displays, cabinetry, and surfaces for numerous industries.
The company has been, and continues to be, driven by a committed workforce that will meet or exceed the specific needs and demands of its customers. Because of continued productivity improvements, waste reductions, optimization operations, and improved manufacturing margins, savings are continually passed on to customers so that they can control costs and remain competitive.
