At Globe Life Family Heritage, we offer the best Supplemental Health Policies on the market. We focus on coverages for Cancer, Heart Attack/Stroke, Accidental Injuries, Intensive Care, and Hospital Indemnity. Our plans are available to individuals, and we also work through employers in the Uintah Basin. A personal explanation of benefits is available to every potential policyholder. We tailor each plan to fit the policyholders needs. All our benefits are paid directly to the policyholder, not to doctors or hospitals. These funds can be used for anything needed. They are not restricted by Government Regulations like HSAs or FSAs. Our program makes sense even if you never file a claim! We Return Your Premium, less any claims paid, after 25 years.
If all covered adults pass away for any reason before 25 years, we immediately Return Your Premium, less any claims paid to your beneficiaries. Claim payments are deposited directly into your bank account, at your option. Coverages are all guaranteed renewable. Premiums will not increase with age or because of claims submitted. We have never raised a rate on an existing policyholder.
