NEMR began as Northeast Missouri Rural Telephone Company, a cooperative, in 1952 to provide telephone service to the rural communities of Northeast Missouri. We are now an advanced services company using the latest in fiber optic cable technology to provide our customers the best internet, voice, and video services in the area. NEMR is located in Green City, Missouri, and our service area covers all or a portion of eight counties in Northeast Missouri. NEMR has over thirty employees who live and work in the communities we serve.Â
