Eureka LockerAt Bittner's Eureka Meat locker, we are known for our quality custom processing. We also have a full retail shop that is stocked with local meat from our farmers. In 2005 Bittner’s Meat Company became the only “processing facility” in the state of Illinois to receive its Organic Processing Certificate. We process all of our meat products, so we know how it is being processed and where the meat is coming from. Stop in for a sandwich from our grill on Thursday’s or Friday's 11:00-1:00.
