Timur Tecimer holds the position of Managing Partner and CEO.

In July 2000, Mr. Tecimer became a part of Overton Moore Properties, where he currently serves as the CEO and proprietor. Since his arrival in 2000, Mr. Tecimer has played a pivotal role in the acquisition and development of more than 30 million square feet of commercial real estate in regions including California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. His journey began after a 12-year tenure at Trammell Crow Company. He maintains active involvement in esteemed organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Mr. Tecimer also holds the distinction of being a founding Board Member of the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School at UCLA, and he has previously served as a Board of Trustee member for the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society. His professional credentials include a California Real Estate Broker License. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and furthered his education with an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1989.
