South Utah Valley Animal Shelter (SUVAS) is dedicated to serving the communities and animals of southern Utah County, including Elk Ridge, Mapleton, Payson, Provo, Salem, Santaquin, Spanish Fork, Springville, and Woodland Hills. Our mission is to reunite lost pets with their owners while providing compassionate care for animals in need. For those that go unclaimed, we work diligently to find them loving homes through our adoption program and partnerships with local rescue organizations.

As a trusted community resource, we offer a range of services, including pet sheltering, dog licensing, online animal licensing, volunteer and foster programs, and community education. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that every animal receives the care, attention, and second chance they deserve.
