Wayne's extensive background, having acquired Geiger Water Wells in 1988 from his father-in-law, Karl Geiger, positions the company as a legacy rooted in decades of water well drilling and treatment expertise.

In this new chapter, Wayne and Kegan, supported by a dedicated team including drilling expert Mitch Briggs, service manager Justin Wierckz, and office manager Rebecca DiPiazza, are driven by a vision to build a company that sets new standards for quality and service.
