About Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center

Located in the historic town of Havre de Grace, Maryland, our facility provides comprehensive health care services with a picturesque view of the Susquehanna River. Our modern establishment can accommodate up to 184 residents in spacious, well-maintained private or semi-private rooms, creating a comfortable and homelike environment. Supported by a team of compassionate and skilled professionals, we offer around-the-clock skilled nursing care and a fully-equipped therapy department that includes physical, speech, and occupational therapy services.
