With two decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist, I have worked across various healthcare settings, discovering my true passion lies in workplace injury prevention. I am deeply committed to educating employees on proper body mechanics and techniques to enhance musculoskeletal health and reduce injury risks on the job. Equally rewarding is working with employers to identify ergonomic improvements for workstations, ensuring a safer environment for their teams. My firsthand experience in manufacturing during college provided invaluable insights into the risks posed by force and repetition, further fueling my dedication to this field.

Currently, I collaborate with companies to deliver early intervention services and injury prevention education directly at their job sites. This work has allowed me to connect with diverse audiences through presentations on safety topics for area businesses and local safety councils. Additionally, I have had the privilege of presenting at the Wisconsin Safety Council, sharing my expertise to help create healthier, more resilient workplaces.
