Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin, located in Wausau, Wisconsin, is dedicated to empowering youth through one-to-one mentoring relationships that help ignite the potential of young individuals. We focus on fostering meaningful connections between caring adults and children in need, guiding them to build brighter futures. Our mission is to create life-changing moments by pairing Bigs (mentors) with Littles (mentees), providing support and encouragement to help children overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

In 2023 alone, we successfully mentored 176 at-risk youth, offering them the guidance, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through the dedication of our community and volunteers, Big Brothers Big Sisters is helping to shape the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and doers. By investing in the lives of young people, we are ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their dreams and create a better tomorrow for themselves and their communities.
