About Three Hart Connection

Three Hart Connection

Three Hart Connection is a veteran-owned and operated nonprofit organization based in Lancaster, California, dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and promoting youth violence prevention in the Antelope Valley. Our mission centers on three core pillars: mental well-being, physical fitness, and advocacy. We believe that a strong foundation in mental health is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to connect our clients with the best mental health resources available. Recognizing the integral link between physical fitness and mental alertness, we encourage activities that enhance quality of life. Through collaboration with local partners, we provide comprehensive advocacy services, assisting victims in accessing benefits and community resources, while also focusing on education and opportunities for youth violence prevention.

Founded by Shaun Hart, a mother, disabled veteran, and survivor of domestic violence, Three Hart Connection is built on a foundation of purpose and faith. Our leadership team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, all united by a commitment to empowering survivors and fostering a community of thrivers. We offer programs such as the annual Thriving Youth Scholarship, in honor of Caleb James, to support higher education and career development for Transitional Age Youth. Additionally, we provide internship and volunteer opportunities in various fields, including mental health, advocacy, and community outreach, welcoming individuals from all walks of life to join us in breaking the cycle of violence, one heart at a time.
